Skirting & Wall Junctions
Skirting-to-wall junctions completed where specified, with careful preparation and tidy application to support a polished finish throughout the build or renovation.
Cabinetry, Benchtops & Splashbacks
Internal finishing for cabinetry-to-wall and cabinetry-to-floor junctions, plus benchtop-to-splashback and benchtop-to-wall junctions.
Vanities, Baths & Fixtures
Silicone finishing for vanity-to-wall, vanity-to-tile and bath perimeter junctions, along with tile-to-fixture junctions. Showers are excluded.
Tiles, Windows & Door Frames
Tiled internal corners where appropriate, plus internal window frame and internal door frame perimeters, finished with attention to detail and clean lines.
Walls, Blockwork & Cosmetic Gaps
Blockwork-to-internal-wall junctions and general cosmetic gaps can be addressed as part of the internal finish. Blockwork/internal wall junctions are non-fire-rated and are not part of a waterproofing system.
Important Scope Notes
“No More Gaps” work is completed by carpenters or C&P. Signature Caulking focuses on internal finishing silicone and does not undertake shower work or waterproofing-system applications.
Schedule of rates
No job too big or small. Caulking is $7 per lineal metre, plus a $95 call-out fee. The call-out fee is waived for jobs over 40 lineal metres. GST is not charged. Send your project details for a quote within 24 hours.
